In the past, Thirumala has worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini, where he developed an informational bot that troubleshoots user issues and reduces human interaction with clients/users. He managed password management pro and user creation, password reset in Active directory, and developed a bot that checks licensing, load on the servers, and sends an alert to email if anything unusual happens. Thirumala has also worked on Flipkart product price prediction and credit card fraud detection systems as a Data Scientist at Innomatics Research Labs.
